IMMUN BOOSTING TURMERIC SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe Banana
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 250 ml almond milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 3 dates
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Instructions

  1. Add all Ingredients to a mixer (I use the Vitamix) and mix until smooth, it will take a minute or two.
