When time is short but I still want to get some great nutrients into my stomach, I like to make myself a smoothie. It’s easy and done in a few minutes and with the right ingredients its super tasty!
In my opinion Banana is a great fruit for smoothies, it adds flavor, sweetness and creaminess.
IMMUN BOOSTING TURMERIC SMOOTHIE

Ingredients
- 1 ripe Banana
- 6 ice cubes
- 250 ml almond milk
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 3 dates
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Instructions

Add all Ingredients to a mixer (I use the Vitamix) and mix until smooth, it will take a minute or two.
